- Shipping times vary by destination:
- Domestic (South Africa): 5–10 business days.
- International: 5–10 business days.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
- As items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
- Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
- To request a replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
